Our client is an established and specialist refrigeration provider, working primarily in the high end food sector designing and installing innovative, efficient and environmentally focused refrigeration systems.
Due to continued growth, the company is now looking to recruit a focused and enthusiastic Contracts/Projects Administrator, who can organise and prioritise, to join their established team.
Reporting to the Project Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Compose and administer project files
- Produce detailed project costings and other analysis as required
- Plan and manage the project diary and engineers
- Ordering and organising deliveries as required
- Purchasing materials
- Liaising with colleagues on site and in the office
You will be a confident multitasker, be able to work to deadlines and have a good eye for detail.
