We are looking to employ a Recruitment Officer to cover maternity leave at our Resort. Applicants will be responsible for supporting the business objectives of the Resort by providing recruitment assistance to 32 departments. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment policy and procedure is adhered to at all times and providing advice and guidance on recruitment issues.
Your knowledge of hospitality, immigration matters and general HR issues will be invaluable. The role involves managing all aspects of the recruitment process; writing adverts, advertising with various publications, shortlisting up to 700 applications per month, arranging interviews, updating the recruitment and visa database, managing our internal computerized recruitment system, organising / attending recruitment open days / career events, recruiting students from European hotel schools, conducting exit interview, negotiating agency fees, authorising offers of employment, undertaking ad hoc interviews, writing monthly statistical reports, working within budget constraints and providing advice to managers.
At anyone time you could be assisting with the recruitment of up to 40+ positions, so if you enjoy a challenge, have the ability to work on your own initiative, are extremely organised, have good communication and administrative skills, take ownership for your actions and enjoy the thrill of multi tasking we would like to hear from you.
The ability to use Microsoft Office is essential along with your understanding for utmost confidentiality. A good sense of humour would also help!

Commencing: September / October 2015. We may require you to work just 3 days a week for the first few weeks. This can be discussed at interview.
