As a Retail Sales Manager for Starboard Cruise Services, you will:

• Work with the world's leading onboard retailer

  Create and execute plans to drive sales 

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while maximizing revenue opportunities

• Motivate & coach a sales team of 10-30 people in a multicultural environment

• Educate team on luxury brands and merchandising standards

• Report sales performance to corporate office 

• Coach and train staff on Starboard’s product knowledge, selling techniques, loss prevention and customer service

Desired Skills and Experience

• Ability to live and work on shipboard on a contract basis for 6 months 

  3-5 years managing in a retail environment with average sales of $80,000+ per week

• 3+ years leading a sales team with a minimum of 8 employees

• Strong relationship building, both internally and across multiple cruise lines

• Ability to train, develop and coach team members

• Ability to identify high potential individuals for career advancement

• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required
