An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join a busy and expanding media agency in Blackpool.
The company
Our client was formed in 2009 as an in-house media agency for a large motor group, which includes Lancaster Honda and 6 other car and 3 motorcycle dealerships across the North West. The media agency has grown from 4 staff to 7 and they design for print, social media and web, as well as managing Google Adwords and cater for outside clients. The office is based the group’s impressive Blackpool Honda dealership and has a fun, but professional atmosphere.
The role
Working as part of the team you will liaising with clients and be taking design briefs, working through to proofs and final sign off. Your daily work will include:
• Web & online graphics.
• Social media graphics integration.
• Checking the publication of artwork and the quality of supplied artwork.
• Control and management of print activities for the group.
• Creation of campaign designs for various promotions.
• Creative input in the marketing and promotion of the group.
• Present at board level creative campaigns and rationale.
• Ensure that the brand guidelines of partner brands are adhered to.
• Assist the Internet Team with design aspects of the group’s online marketing activities.
• Evaluate and implement re-branding of sites, products or services as required.
• Liaison with printers to ensure quality and on-time delivery of materials.
About you
You will have experience in HTML Coding & CSS and have strong skills in using the Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator. You will be creative by nature, have a strong eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
