Chef de Partie - Contract Catering - Bedfordshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie for the UK's leading Contract Catering Company for their site in Bedfordshire!!

As Chef de Partie you will provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for up to 100 staff per day all from fresh ingredients. Working 5 out of 7 and daytime hours you will prepare and present high quality and innovative food in line with company objectives and client requirements. 

As Chef de Partie you will be fully trained to work all sections of the kitchen, maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control.

Chef de Partie Requirements;

  • Existing Chef de Partie ideally from a similar Contract Catering background
  • Experience from a fresh food background
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Excellent communication skills
