As a Sales Estimator you will be responsible for providing sales support and estimating services for the sales team, quoting and preliminary order progression for a high end company.

Your main duties will include:

• Manual CAD Drawings
• Completion of estimate schedule spread sheets
• Liaising with the client and architect over project details
• Pricing of bespoke items
• Producing CAD drawings for the client and for presentation purposes
• Printing and collating quotes
• Liaising with various departments
• Progression of orders from estimate to Proforma stage
• Producing workshop cutting lists and plans as required

• You must have a positive attitude and be self motivated with the ability to uphold the integrity of the business.
• Ability to capitalise on the opportunities within this role
• Be accustomed to working with up market clients
• Experience with handling demanding clients
• Ability to resolve issues and remain calm and professional at all times
• Be a team player and enjoy working amongst others

Your qualifications and experience:

• High level of competency in Microsoft packages and business management software
• Minimum of 5 years experience in estimating within the construction industry or within a similar sector
• Previous use of CAD
• A good understanding of Health and safety regulations
