This is a full time long term post until July 2016, with the option of a school direct place pending your success throughout the academic year.

The school have informed me they are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work across all Key Stages from September, and they want a graduate with the academic ability to inspire their bright and eager students. Working from an outstanding learning support department, you will be supported by an Inclusion leader who wants the best for all students within the school. No previous experience is necessary for this Teaching Assistant role, as the Head of Inclusion has informed me you will be given all the support needed to make sure you have an easy transition into school life. This is a general Teaching Assistant role, however the school will utilise your strengths, and you will be given plenty of time working within the department of your degree subject. If you’re looking at a school direct route into teaching, this school has already been given additional funding for the core subjects, and could potentially offer you a substantial bursary to carry on with them from next year.
