The Role:
• This is a full time role within repair centre
• Repair a range of PC based equipment
• Repair a range of Laser, Dot Matrix and Deskjet printers (if and when required to assist this section)
• Keeping accurate records of customer’s equipment returned for warranty and fourth party repair.
• Logging the work completed on the company’s system
What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:
• PC/network technology - experience of PC hardware, servers, routers.
• Knowledge of Laser, Dot Matrix, DeskJet Printers also useful
• The individual will be able to demonstrate that they can cope with an environment of change.
• Logical, methodical approach with the ability to enter data accurately into a reporting system
• Enthusiastic, self motivated individual with ability to work on own initiative
