Our client, a fast growing design-led company that focuses in pioneering innovative new touch technologies, are seeking an ambitious, high energy result-oriented marketer to design, execute and drive our digital marketing campaign and manage the online E-commerce lead conversion funnel.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is exceptionally quantitative, capable of personally handling complex performance analyses and able to synthesize and communicate complex problems. At the same time, the Digital Marketing Manager will also manage brand-related content to effectively tell the clients story.

This position will require leadership experience, planning and strategic skills, as well as experience in digital marketing, preferably in the music and/or technology sectors.

We want you to:

  • Establish robust, comprehensive global digital marketing strategy and execute plan accordingly
  • Design, implement and own comprehensive online customer acquisition strategy (define the right channels, messaging, target audience/markets)
  • Build business cases and models to aggressively explore and test new go-to-market channels to generate B2C and B2B leads
  • Envision and execute new online marketing campaigns to drive leads and optimize budget against ROI and revenue goals
  • Work with internal product and sales teams to develop reporting, methods, tools and data, which aid in tracking results and drive sales velocity. Must be proficient at manipulating and analysing large data sets to problem solve and grow the business
  • Understand, develop, and analyze digital marketing KPIs, scorecards, newsletters and reporting on results and key initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders that track efficacy of variables and efforts
  • Bring leadership with new growth ideas and its implementation to grow the business including but not limited to new offers and campaigns, paid search campaign enhancement and launch of new channels
  • Make recommendations for acquisition, involving segmented, tailored outcomes based on primary research findings and customer data
  • Work across disciplines (ie work with our writers, videographers, and designers) to create compelling, high-impact content that addresses needs by segments and personas--effectively tell the story of the brand
  • Utilize a metrics-based approach to deliver highly-targeted programs that execute upon company and Marketing team goals

We are looking for:

  • A strategic thinker who can assess the many available channels to reach potential customers and prioritize the right ones for the company
  • Strong analytical skills with a robust understanding of data and how to use it in creative ways to drive and measure results
  • A rigorous testing and iteration mindset
  • An organized doer with an exceptional ability to multitask - someone who will take initiative to make things happen
  • Proven experience developing and scaling innovative digital sales and marketing programs
  • Demonstrable expertise in search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media and digital advertising
  • Experience with lead generation/acquisition, affiliate marketing, direct email, website analytics and digital campaign management
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that is passionate about growing the business within a fast paced environment, while changing the way customers perceive our brand and our product
  • Working knowledge of web analytic and optimization tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics etc
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
  • 5-10+ years of experience in progressive acquisition/marketing roles in a tech/startup environment
  • A passion for music, music production, hardware, and interaction
  • A leader who will bring our digital strategy to life while inspiring the whole team to embrace new ways to spread the brand message
  • Flawless written and spoken English with superb presentation and public speaking skills
