We are looking for a commercially focused Assistant Manager who is not only a great leader, but someone who can support their team to achieve their best.
We are looking for a Deputy Manager, with a passion for working in delivering world class customer service and has the following:
-Successful track record in a sales role

-Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent

-Able to deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships

-Reliable and resourceful, with the ability to adapt to multiple demands

-Able to motivate and develop a small team to achieve commercial key performance indicators

-Can set clear objectives to meet demands and display excellent supervisory skills

-Strong implementation skills and can follow company guidelines on store standards

-Understanding of merchandising / stock management principles

-Can identify commercial opportunities to add value

The successful Assistant Manager will have experience of running a successful store, driving sales and building great teams.

We are keen to hear from any Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, Department Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Sales. We are very open to sectors however if you are from Retail, Hospitality or Telesales your experience is ideal.
