Graphics / Web Designer

Our client is looking for a highly motivated graphics designer with knowledge of web design to join their company and produce high quality work in several areas of the company.

They are an award winning provider of customer feedback systems with headquarters in Bournemouth. They currently employ approximately 10 people so they expect the contribution-per-head to be high, in return they offer a relaxed and casual working environment with a focus on results rather than formality. The right candidate has the opportunity to grow their role with the business.

Graphics / Web Designer - Day to day activities will include:

• Designing visually attractive themes and assets for their customer feedback tablets and kiosks
• Design of branding boards and vinyl wraps to enhance the kiosk visibility
• Working with their development team to enhance and evolve the look and feel of their web applications
• Provide artwork for web/ email / social media campaigns, brochures and other marketing material
• Ensuring that all work produced adheres to brand guidelines and reflects the brand positioning and values
• Working with external printers

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a passion for design who will be able to work independently and also work with their existing product development team to ensure their products have the wow factor.

Graphics / Web Designer - Required skills:

• Experience of Photoshop and Illustrator and the Adobe Suite, you will have freedom to choose the best tools for the job
• Experience with HTML, CSS and responsive web layouts
• An impressive creative portfolio which demonstrates your flair for design
• A good understanding of brand and corporate guidelines
• Methodical approach to archiving images and artwork
• Experience in creating digital art and assets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience of working on multiple projects and working to tight deadlines

Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 per Annum, Depending on Experience + Pension
