Marketing Manager
Our client an industry leader in the Conveyancing Search industry are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take responsibility for leading and managing the Marketing function by providing strategic and operational leadership for the business and coordinate communication vertically through the organization.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all the programs that run under CRM, Strategic partnerships, Digital, PR, Communications, Social Media and Design.
- Provide appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance company image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications.
- Assume overall responsibility for control of the marketing budget.
- Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with key stakeholders across the business.
- Responsible for all email campaigns and events
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all publications.
- Manage all vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs. This includes the PR, CRM and Digital agencies.
Key Selection Criteria
- 2 to 5 years' marketing experience in (either) the conveyancing searching industry and/or legal sector in the UK
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
- Capable of delivering results with little supervision and to effectively prioritize duties
- Confident, driven and dynamic leader
- Financial analysis/management skills
- Experience in presenting detailed planning/analysis and continuous improvement results
- High level of energy, creativity and determination
- Experienced in managing and developing large teams and be comfortable in liaising and working with different types of personalities.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal, written and reporting rigor
- Ability to influence, manage and guide vendors
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Strong project management/multi-tasking skills
- Able to self-manage, manage time, be accountable, and meet deadlines
