Hotel Receptionist wanted for a leading hotel chain!!

Our client is a leading hotel chain and has many establishments across the UK! They are now seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join their elite team!

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist or you worked have worked a similar role and should be passionate about delivering a great guest experience. You will have excellent communication skills and be a team player.

This role is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about their work, someone who is enthusiastic and shows a high interest in the hospitality industry.

This role is around 20-25 hours a week and involves weekend work primarily, thus you must be flexible around shift work (including early and late shifts)

Our client is offering a highly competitive salary (£7.00/£7.50 an hour depending on experience) and a fantastic work environment where you will become one of the family!!

Your responsibilities, as a Hotel Receptionist will include:

• Responsible for ensuring that all guests are checked in and out of the hotel efficiently. Answering the telephones and dealing with guest requests.
• Taking payments and reconciliation as per daily task sheets.
• Work 20-25 p/w (shift patterns)

To be successful as a Hotel Receptionist you will -

• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Drive and have own car
• Have an approachable attitude towards work
• Have excellent communication skills
• Live local (ideal)
