About Us:

We are leaders in digital marketing tracking technology. Our aim is to track as much of the consumer’s purchase journey as possible. In an omnichannel world this involves incorporating data from different sources spanning social networks to call centres to high street stores. Your role will be to source new data relationships, manage existing data relationships and ensure that our product goals are reached through the right choice of partner integrations. 

Technical Integrations Manager Roles & responsibility:

> Management of partner technical integration relationships – provide insight and support for client services, sales and product teams and provide technical support for partners
> Manage and deliver integration projects, custom client developments and deliverability advice
> Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical questions
> Attend client meetings to provide technical insight and value added integration options

Technical Integrations Manager Key Requirements:

Technical / Functional expertise - essential:

> A strong technical background with a significant focus on online marketing
> In-depth knowledge of web applications
> Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with internet technologies & standards;
> Web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, .net, SSL, JSON
> File transfer & encryption protocols & formats: SFTP/SCP, CSV, XML, PGP, encodings.
> Basic knowledge in the most common programming languages regarding web development; .net, PHP etc 
> Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux based operating systems

Technical / Functional expertise - desirable:

> IT related undergraduate degree
> Understanding of Database technologies: SQL, MySQL, Postgres
> Understanding of Data Cube technologies (icCube, Microsoft Analysis Services)
> Understanding of realtime messaging technologies: Couchbase, Elastic Search
> Experience with web service API's; E.g. Twitter API, Facebook API
