COLLECTIONS SUPERVISOR

The company is one of the largest independent suppliers of Gaming and Amusement machines in the north and has been expanding continuously since 1989. Originally based in Newcastle upon Tyne but now with a further four depots based in: Keswick, Leeds, Warrington and Nottingham. We use our unique service product along with our continuous innovation to provide quality gaming and amusement equipment to your customers and ultimately maximising cash in box. Due to our success we are nominated for the majority of all major breweries and pub companies.

We are seeking a Collections Supervisor to work out of our Leeds area to supervise a team of collectors whilst collecting their own route.

Overview of Role

* Collect sites on your own route.
* Allocate new sites to a collector for collection on a particular day and inform the site of collection day.
* Answer collection queries from breweries / account managers / collectors.
* Monitor and query under/over banking by collectors with a weekly report.
* Authorise and organise in advance, collector holidays and holiday cover.
* Organise at short notice cover for collectors' sickness.
* Monitor and query late collections and where necessary arrange for collection to be picked up weekly by depot - providing a reporting summary to Operations Director
* Organise in advance or at short notice, collection of Change of Tenancy and arrange float.
* Monitor and arrange collectors meetings on a regular basis.
* Collate shortfall spreadsheet, missed collection and float analysis + weekly reports by depot.
* Route Planning.
* Implement and complete training for new and existing collectors.
