IA - Marketing Manager - Greenford - GBP65,000 per annum + up to 50% Bonus + Car Allowance (FANTASTIC PACKAGE)

JOB PURPOSE:
To lead marketing activities and achieve order intake targets for the IA business stream in line with budget and Strategic Plan for the Business Unit.
* Identify, qualify and secure Sales Opportunities in Information Assurance and related markets to achieve Order Intake growth sufficient to drive Sales in excess of GBP30m in domestic and export markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership of Marketing activities within a multi-disciplinary team to define, plan and execute key Sales campaigns to achieve order intake budgets
*Grow order intake for the IA Business Unit to ensure that targets set out in Strategic Plan are achieved
*Identify, qualify and evaluate sufficient pipeline opportunities to meet and exceed growth targets
*Creation, management and execution of Campaign/Capture Plans in accordance to strategy and to budget
*Execution of defined Sales campaigns to meet near term order intake targets
*Production and successful execution of business cases to exploit new technologies and define new product offerings to meet market needs
*Ensuring sales activities are in accordance with the Business Unit Strategy and CIS business processes
*Working as part of a wider management team with peers in engineering, program management, operations & support to deliver programmes successfully
*Provide input to the Strategic Plan to ensure that long term forecasts are realistic, stretching and achievable
*Creation of coherent product management strategy to define products that meet market needs and increase order intake
*Manages security of information as defined in the Security Manual
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
*Demonstrable experience of increasing company order intake
*Significant experience of multi-disciplinary teams
*Experience of selling to the Defence market, both Industry and Government
*Demonstrable experience of Proposal Authoring
*Technical understanding of Communications Systems and Information Assurance Solutions
