Our client is a highly successful Importer/distributor of FMCG goods.
This position will report in to the Wholesale National Sales Manager
They are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join an existing team, offering sales and customer service support, selling into the Wholesale Industry at branch level and offering customer support where needed.
This is an existing successful business, therefore, this position has arisen due to a huge growth of business in this market sector and this new role will offer the opportunity for further growth and expansion of the team within the sector.
The successful candidate will have the following skill set:
Excellent telephone skills.
Able to forge relationships over the phone, quickly and efficiently.
Computer literate, keyboard skills and a sound working knowledge of email essential.
Multitasker, able to adapt to the needs of the business.
Good level of written/oral communication, keen eye for detail.
Enthusiastic, ambitious and keen to learn.
MAIN DUTIES:
Answer incoming customer calls, deal with queries, effectively maintain customer satisfaction, and establish a rapport.
Develop skills to facilitate outgoing pro-active sales calls once customer relationships have been established.
Create a database whereby all incoming/outgoing calls to be logged for follow up by National Sales Manager.
