Assistant Manager Details:

The Restaurant Assistant Manager has the responsibility for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Assistant Manager will represent the restaurant with inspirational leadership, passion, energy, knowledge and ensure every customer has a memorable experience. The Assistant Manager must coach and lead their team to serve perfect burgers and perfect fries, their restaurants must be clean and their customers to be happy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Effectively assists in managing a Five Guys restaurant, including  administration of policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring  100% customer satisfaction at all times.

-Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and  ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.

-Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food  and supplies, and developing the restaurant team

-Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures,  maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports,  and taking appropriate actions.

-Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts  performance appraisals, motivates and trains.

-Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.

-Ensures a safe working environment
