Admissions Officer

This post is based in our Admissions section which receives and processes applications and deals with enquiries regarding application procedures.  You will join the team as one of three members of staff dealing with applications from UK and EU students for a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.  You should be proactive team member with a good understanding of UK Higher Education and the admissions process, who can apply attention to detail and who has the ability to make criteria-based decisions.

You should have:

• a good standard of education
• a good telephone manner
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to pay attention to detail
• experience of working with a large database and MS office
• the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy customer service environment is essential.
