About the role and the client
The Digital Account Director role is a cross discipline role primarily responsible for leading the integrated activation of their client's digital media across the performance, display and video specialisms.
The Role Objectives
• Client - working collaboratively with the Digital Business Director and client specialism ADs on day-to-day client management with focus on holistic digital activation.
• Integration - working collaboratively with performance/display/video leads and specialists ensure our client is delivering agnostic, integrated digital activation for their client.
• Innovation - with the support of the Digital Business Director and client specialism ADs, drive activation excellence and innovation across all digital media channels.
• Technology - working with the Digital Business Director, tech team and client specialism ADs review, implement and develop informed, sound technical set up for management and measurement across all digital activation.
• Measurement - lead on development of digital media activation measurement in order to accurately track and analyse ROI across all digital activation, while using cross channel data and insights to inform strategy and planning decisions.
• Project Management – lead and support the Digital Business Director /specialist ADs/Heads on various digital focused projects and workstreams, working collaboratively with specialist teams across the three pillars, ensuring an integrated, agnostic, holistic digital view/approach is always applied.
• Commercial - support DBD, IBD (Investment Business Director)), investment leads on the review and development of client commerciality with focus on, efficiency, profitability and growth. Support the the Digital Business Director and IBD on the development and monitoring of and delivery against all client specific and agency/group level trading agreements.
• Digital Generalist – develop non-specialist digital skills and experience, with overall goal of becoming a digital generalist, with expertise across each specialisms of performance, display and video, working collaboratively with each respective specialist lead
