Role Overview:
As a Land Graduate you will play an integral role in the Land department. You will become part of the team where your responsibilities will consist of researching and advising the Land/Planning team on new opportunities, carrying out the required due-diligence to discover the potential the site holds for development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and advise the Land/Planning team on new opportunities, carrying out the required due- diligence to discover the potential the site holds for development. 
  • Liaise with the planning team and internal departments to maximise the potential of sites.
  • Assist with the instruction and coordination of consultants to ensure all the required information and documentation is collated to carry out thorough investigation and proceed with the purchase of sites.
  • Following the purchase of sites, work with consultants and assist the Land/Planning department to ensure all legal documentation and information is in place as expediently as possible.

Experience and Qualifications:
These positions are aimed at graduates who have a desire to develop their career by applying the knowledge gained from their degree to a specific job role from day one.  Applicants will preferably have studied a Town Planning, Land, Geography or Real Estate degree and preferably have related work experience and the ability to quickly utilise that knowledge within a project environment.
