An exciting opportunity has arisen at lion health (formerly Worcester street surgery) for a Nurse Practitioner with experience of managing chronic conditions to join our team.
This is a full time position for an experienced Practice Nurse who will lead the Practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of care in relation tochronic disease management. You will be an experienced Independent Nurse Prescriber and will either hold a First Degree ‘Nurse Practitioner’ or have a minimum of 5 year’s experience of working in either a primary care or community setting. The position will require flexibility in terms of working patterns which will include extended hours. Salary will be negotiable based on qualification and experience.
