Role:

The purpose of this role is to prospect new clients/customers for the business, managing customers’ accounts and providing the best service possible.

•              Outbound B2B calls

•              Prospecting new clients

•              Building new and strong relationships

•              Managing clients and customers

•              Updating records

•              Monitoring sales

•              Evaluating performance

•              To analyse ways to evolve within the role and improve the customers experience
