As a Senior Care Support Worker, you will respond appropriately to medical and health concerns, and the role will require you to administer medication in accordance with the charity’s policy and procedures.You will deputise for the Team Leader of the service in their absence, always upholding the company’s policies, quality procedures and governing body guidelines whilst mentoring your staff team to do the same.
