Process Control Engineer

This company designs, develops and installs advanced factory automation systems worldwide within the feed and grain industry. They are now seeking a talented Process Control Engineer to join their team.

This is the ideal role for a qualified controls / electrical engineer with a track record of using automation and control systems looking to progress their career with a successful company. As a Process Control Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of control engineering activities to support the smooth installation and operation of their client's systems throughout the UK.

You'll design, configure and test their client's software control systems to ensure that they are operating in the most efficient manner. When systems are fully prepared you will commission and install them on site, occasionally at weekends.

Additionally, liaising with customers, you'll provide valuable training and an exceptional level of support to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Have experience of automation and control systems
- Be a qualified electrical or controls engineer
- Have a full driving licence

As a Process Control Engineer, you must possess excellent problem solving skills and a logical, analytical approach. Methodical and driven, you must also have a strong customer focus and superb attention to detail.

Experience of SCADA, PLCs and Windows PCs would be beneficial to your application.
