Social & Content Marketing Manager

This online user testing company has got clients who want to understand their users' digital (websites, apps etc) experiences, they have got the users who will offer their opinions and feedback - what they need is someone to manage their social channels to drive engagement as part of their overall client marketing efforts.

You'll be running their social channels and driving all content marketing activity. So on social that's including Twitter and LinkedIn and using tools like Hootsuite or buffer or FollowerWonk to manage and measure your activity. They will provide the training (and access to expertise) so that you will quickly be producing compelling social content about UX.

You will also be setting the pace, the tone and the purpose of their editorial content calendar (co-ordinating the work of their in-house UX writer and designer) It is a really varied and super important role for both us and hopefully you. They have Marketo in place for marketing automation and utilise Salesforce for CRM.

Who will you be working with?
You'll be a member of the overall demand gen team (email marketing, chief conversion officer etc), working closely with them to ultimately achieve customer acquisition, revenue targets, brand and product awareness and taking the Fight for UX to the masses to underpin their continued growth.

What are some of the things you will be doing?

- Social content planning: determining the tone, channels, messaging and purpose of social activity
- Execution: posting social content and participating in the conversation on social channels
- Measurement: analysing the impact of social activity and refine accordingly
- Originating and driving the overall content calendar including seminar, webinar, e-book, blog articles etc
- Measurement & optimisation of all content activity for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Really strong exposure to digital B2B/software sector as a growth marketer. Experience of UX is an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided
- Planning & delivery: to develop and execute the social plan and manage own time
- Experience of using SaaS tools to measure and improve content marketing
