Production Manager (Nights) - Food

Our client a major food distributor has an amazing opportunity for a hard working, tenacious and experienced Production Manager to their expanding team.  Working nights you will report to the Nights Site Manager and the role will involve managing the operation of the Team which is a 24/7 set up and to help achieve all operational KPI's and drive continuous improvement.

Key duties will include ensuring effective internal relationships are maintained, managing staff sickness and Holidays and providing department leadership with the implementation of continuous improvement.  In addition it will be your responsibility to oversee all quality control, ensuring all team are compliant with all Health & Safety processes and procedures and to resolving complaints
