Housing Administrator - Specialist housing and training provider

The purpose of this role is to be part of the Housing Management Team and assist them in delivering their duties.
The main duties of this role will be to assist the team in dealing with tenancy management, viewings and sign-ups, property management and income management. Candidates will occasionally be expected to help the organisation with various other duties as and when they arise.
They are looking to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with:
- advanced excel sheet skills with
- exceptional attention to detail
- strong administrational skills
- excellent customer service skills
- experience of working in the housing sector
Applicants MUST have:
1. A clean driver's license and their own vehicle to travel, when needed, to various properties located around Birmingham. All mileage for company business will be reimbursed accordingly.
2. Successful applicants will be required to provide enhanced disclosure (DBS).
This is a 3 month fixed term contract with the possibility being extended.
3. The salary for this role is £17,000 to £20,000 dependent on experience and the working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, five days a week (Monday to Friday).
