Probate Solicitor

Due to ongoing success our client, a well-respected and expanding claimant practice is looking to recruit an experienced, proactive and ambitious Probate Solicitor to help drive the business forward. As this is a brand new department, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of all policies, processes and procedures

Key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting simple and complex wills
• Handling Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising clients on estate management
• Managing a Probate department
• Dealing with the administration of complicated and large value estates
• Advising clients on inheritance tax issues
• Relevant law
• Probate, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Wills
• The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years within a comparable role. In addition you will possess excellent researching / interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail.
