To support our continued growth, we are currently recruiting in – Loughborough and Mount Sorrel

Support Workers – Full Time, Part Time and Bank

£14,036.98 per annum (£7.18 / hour) + £500 - £1,000 enhancements
(Salary of £14,036.98 rises to £14,604.60 (£7.47 / hour) after one year.)

What do we need from you?

As part of your role you will support individuals with everyday tasks such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, participating in social and leisure activities and providing personal care.

Candidates will need to demonstrate:

• A commitment to providing quality support
• Good interpersonal skills
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Willingness to work flexibly at different days and times
• Car drivers preferable
• Previous experience of providing support is not essential
