Our client an international and leading digital advertising company are looking to recruit a hard working, ethical and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Reporting to the Operations Manager duties will include logging and responding to customer complaints by telephone, email, fax and letter, resolving any issues through using the Company’s procedures. You will escalate unresolved issues to Customer Service Manager where appropriate and deal with general customer enquiries. In addition you will also welcome new customers by sending out introduction packs and complete daily task lists and action plans.
The right candidate for this role will be customer focused, extremely organised with a high attention to detail. You will have excellent problem solving skills and be used to working in a fast paced environment and previous customer service experience is essential
