Senior Software Engineer C++ (Windows)

Superb opportunity near Newbury for a highly motivated and pro-active C++ Software Developer ideally with some experience of developing on the Windows platform and Visual Studio. The successful C++ Software Developer will join a market leader who is at the forefront of cutting edge media technology.

In this role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of code to play back and repurpose video, audio and all associated data in the Microsoft windows environment, all within a fast paced team environment.

This role also has the opportunity for international travel.

Essential Skills:
* Strong experience of developing C++ ideally in a Microsoft Visual Studio environment.
* Demonstrable experience with STL and Boost C++ libraries.
* Degree educated in a relevant technical qualification.

Highly desirable skills include:
* Broadcast Video/Audio standards and formats
* Video or Audio DSP codec integration or implementation.
* Designing APIs
* Developing Real Time applications
* Java or Python
