We are currently seeking an exceptional and enthusiastic Senior C# Developer/Technical Lead to join one of Manchester flagship companies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking the next step in their career.

You will work with the lead architect/development manager in determining the technical design and direction of software solutions.

Main responsibilities include:
*Work with the lead architect to select a solution architecture
*Understand and question the technical solutions put forward by the lead architect
*Identify areas of the existing system that can be improved and re-factored
*Implement the solution with the team based on the design solution
*Take part in reviews of other developers' code
*Act as mentor to less experienced developers

The following skills/experience is essential;
*Expert-level C#/ASP.NET
*Strong with .NET Framework 2.0-4.0
*SQL Server 2005/2008
*Agile development would be beneficial

Candidates must also be:

* Excellent inter-personal skills with exceptional spoken and written English
* Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills
* Attention to detail, highly organised and methodical approach
