IFRS 9, Accounting policy SME

The ideal candidate will need to understand and communicate the implications of these accounting regulations, and makes sure that the bank stays compliant to standards and regulatory requirements.
This would be an excellent position for an individual with an external audit background who advises companies on accounting policies. This role will appeal to you if you like understanding complex accounting concepts, enjoy writing papers and presenting/training to a range of individuals.

The capacity for the role will be dependent on your experience and ability to deal with more complex accounting policies and your IFRS 9 technical knowledge.

Key requirements include:

Providing technical accounting/accounting policy advice within a large company.
This position requires a qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with previous post qualification experience gained from a similar role.
* Have a good level of understanding around IFRS
* Have implemented new accounting standards in to a commercial business

To go with strong technical skills the ideal candidate will be someone who's comfortable talking to people and getting their point across clearly in writing. Along with a track record of delivering high quality output to tight deadlines.
