WHO ARE WE?

We are seeking a strong and confident Infrastructure Engineer to join a experienced team to look after Infrastructure and systems for our current customers. You will be joining a leading Managed Services Provider in Birmingham, with sites throughout the whole of the UK and internationally. We are a continually growing organisation that are committed to supporting you in the long term.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As part of our Infrastructure team, you will be providing technical support to various teams. Your duties will be wide ranged and will include; handling customer installations and deployments, managing remote monitoring systems, responding to incidents escalations, system and network troubleshooting. Furthermore, you will be confident in proactively assisting in service improvement initiatives.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE???

Ideally at least 3 years' commercial experience. Microsoft Windows Server up to 2012, Microsoft Exchange Server upt o 2013, Microsoft SQL Server up to 2012, Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / Virtualisation Technology, HyperV, Citrix Xen SAN, Backup Technologies, Veeam, SSR, Cloud, Powershell, Office 365, Patch Management.
