Operator- Rotating Shifts

The role of Monitoring Operator is a fast paced and varied one.

Responsibilities will include;

• Monitoring customer premises via CCTV, carrying out required actions
• Handling alarms for Intruder, Fire, CCTV and other alarms
• Managing out of hours emergency call handling
• Handling inbound calls and other correspondence from external customers
• Booking engineer visits
• Updating customer records
• Completing appropriate administration
• Responding to calls by passing relevant information onto the appropriate emergency services
• Maintaining the End of Shift update log
• Daily review all Alarm Incidents

Skills and Experience required;

• Experience in a similar role either within the public or private sector
• Experience in a fast-paced and customer-focused
• Experience of working a shift pattern
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy

You will be working a shift pattern covering 24/7, 365 days a year.

Shift patterns 4 on 4 off which will include working weekends and public holidays. A paid standby system which is mandatory is also in place
