If you have a strong work ethic and have a shop floor mentality, then you could be our next Assistant Manager. We aren’t a traditional 9-5 business. Everyday is different at Poundworld.

To become our Assistant Manager you must have the following skills and experience:

- Proven retail management experience within a fast paced retail environment.

- Be confident

- Responsible for a multi million pound turnover store.

- Delivering on KPI's and profitability.

- Ability to manage availability of stock.

- Ability to manage, recruit and develop staff to achieve targets.

- Commercially driven.

- Control staff costs against sales.

- A strong work ethic is essential

In return for your passion, drive and commitment you will receive a salary of up to £16,000 per annum depending on experience plus the opportunity to build a rewarding career within our fast growing retail store division and allow you to become the future of our business!!
