A superb opportunity has arisen for a leading bank based in central London for a Lead Business Change Analyst to join a Finance Strategic change and transformation team which are responsible for delivering change across the banks Finance IT systems and business processes in line with the businesses overall goals and strategic direction.

On a day to day basis this Lead Business Change Analyst would be responsible for;

• Engaging with senior stakeholders across the whole of Finance to help develop business requirements relating business, operational and IT change.
• Provide consultancy to complex business issues, identify root causes, solution options and implications, working with the business, Systems Architects and IT colleagues.
• Be a leading figure in defining change programmes, defining project objectives and pushing through change initiatives.
• Being responsible for predicting the impacts of change and change options and design documentation in relation to various change projects and programmes.
• Taking a lead on solving design issues and challenges to deliver project business solutions in line with the Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Responsible for business design and will be expected to produce required documentation, including design impact assessment, working closely with Architects, Analysts, Programme and business analysts ensuring design meets the business goals and strategies.

To be considered for this exciting Business Change position, you must have the following experience.

• Experience with Design and implementation of tactical and strategic business solutions.
• Experience working on change initiatives or change programmes/projects.
• Experience interacting with a diverse set of senior stakeholders to facilitate change.
• Experience working within the financial service industry in your current role or coming from a finance or accountancy background.
