Due to continued expansion our client, a National service company is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated and ambitious Key Account Management to compliment their growing team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management, responsibilities will include;
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients
- Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels
- Gain a detailed knowledge of internal systems and understand how this product can be implemented to meet the requirements of the client
- Project manage the implementation of numerous site systems at any one time with the assistance of a Client Account Manager
- Play an integral role in new business attending client meetings, on-site surveys and survey presentations plus regular implementation meetings on site
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients
- Provide detailed management information reports to clients and the Executive Team as and when required
- Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that clients receive excellent customer service
- Carry out analysis and produce client reports on an as and when required basis
- Identify any training/knowledge needs for clients and prepare and perform training sessions/documentation
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments
- Troubleshoot or crisis-manage customer technical issues by using an internal support desk system to ensure customer issues are resolved in a fast and professional manner
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years within a senior level account manager role, be credible and confident to attend client visits, display exceptional organisational skills together with a corporate and professional approach to work at all times. You will demonstrate the ability to multi task effectively and prioritise a heavy workload in order to meet strict deadlines. This is a high pressured position and would suit a candidate who operates well with minimal supervision. Travelling and overnight stays will be required as and when necessary.
