Quantity Surveyor

Duties to include:

Preparation of Invoices and agreeing final account settlements

Full commercial responsibility for all projects

Trouble shooting contractual disputes

Attend meeting as required and site visits to verify measures

Sound knowledge of Construction and Contract law

Proficiency in administration, writing and numeracy

To be successful you must be highly motivated, have excellent organisational skills, and be able to manage your time effectively
