**Excellent opportunity for a talented brand focused Head of Marketing to join a fast growing British fashion brand with one hell of a story**
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for:
> The planning, development and implementation of all of the brand's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and PR activities, both external and internal.
> Oversees development and implementation of support materials for domestic and at times international markets.
> Communicating frequently with international partners sharing content and resources whilst ensuring that they are investing and representing the brand consistently.

Head of Marketing Principle Accountabilities:
// Marketing, communications and PR:
> Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a comprehensive marketing, communications and PR that will enhance Butterfly Twists image and position within the marketplace and the general public
> Ensure articulation of Butterfly Twists desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the brand both internal and external.
> Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Butterfly Twists publications.
> Coordinate media interest in the brand and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
> Coordinate the appearance of all Butterfly Twists print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
> Develop, coordinate and oversee materials to assist chapters in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.
> Ensure that we are aware of competition and celebrity within our environment.
> Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events
// Planning & Budgeting:
> Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/PR mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Executive Director and Board
> Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/PR program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
> Recommend short- and long-term Organization goals and objectives to the Executive Director.
> Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/PR function.
> Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and PR.
// Organisational Strategy & management:
> Help make sure that the Organization’s philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organisation. Both internally and with external parters.
> Ensure effective management within the marketing, communications and PR function.
Required Skills & Expertise:
> Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and PR activities
> Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
> Experience developing and managing budgets, supervising and appraising personnel
> Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media
> Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications
> Computer literacy in word processing and page layout
> Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams
> Strong oral and written communications skills
> Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
> Minimum of 4 years experience in marketing with demonstrated success
