A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Dim Sum Chef to join this amazing Restaurant which celebrates the best of Chinese food.

The Restaurant is proud to serve Chinese food, beautifully presented and packed with flavor. It’s a busy restaurant serving over 800 covers a day.

As the Head Dim Sum Chef you will oversee the general running of the section and will have a massive amount of autonomy when it comes to menu creation, supplier choice and recruitment. You will need to have creative flair and create dishes that celebrate the best of Chinese cuisine. You will oversee the day to day preparation and planning of the section and brigade for service, this is a role for a hands on Chef. 

The ideal candidate will come from a similar fine dining restaurant that delivers high volume whilst maintaining high standards.

Essential skills required are management skills, menu development. You will be a good motivator and a great leader passing on skills and knowledge to junior members of the brigade.
