Retail Manager/Commercial Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Hungry, Dynamic and Target Focused IT Department Manager to join a Thriving IT Organisation based in Reigate, Surrey to Lead and Manage their Retail IT Department. You will be working with likeminded professionals all working towards the objective of business growth.

This is a very dynamic role that offers Extensive Rewards and Recognition throughout the whole company. You will be taking over the whole of the retail department directly managing a team leader who will be managing the team but you will also be required to hold a strong presence amongst the department, building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• IT Product Knowledge will be vital
• Strong management skills
• Able to work towards targets and also through to completion
• Hold sales meeting for the team to ensure everyone is up to date with the companies movements
• Organisation of promotions/holding store events
• Manage and maintain budgets
• Maintaining stock levels and managing all ordering
