Deputy Shop Manager (Bangor) • 22.5 hours per week
Wales Air Ambulance are looking for a Deputy shop Manager with the ability to work in our new potentially very busy high donating charity shop. You will bring your experience, energy and enthusiasm to the Assistant Manager role supporting the Shop Manager with donations, processing gift aid and with the day to day retail activities of our New Bangor shop. As part of a dynamic team you will help drive sales, support shop operations of our New Bangor shop and work with volunteers to maximise income generation for this lifesaving charity.
Retail experience, the ability to work under pressure, excellent customer service, and strong organisational skills are all essential requirements.
Previous charity shop experience and an interest in visual merchandising is desirable.
The Assistant Managers role requires the lifting and handling of heavy items & the flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required on a variable rota.
