Service Delivery Executive/Client Relationship Manager - London

We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Executive to be based from ECS' Central London office.

Due to recent growth of the business we're seeking someone to manage the client relationships with some of our key customers. Working at high-level with senior managers and directors, building strong and long lasting relationships with our clients is key to this position.

The ideal candidate will have a background working within IT Consultancy or similar, and have a broad understanding of IT services particularly around the infrastructure area.

Key experience required;

• Very strong client focus - an ability to operate at prime customer contact level typically at senior manager/director level.
• Strong development focus - advocate of developing employees, teams and the business.
• Significant experience of leading and managing teams (particularly on a Matrix basis) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, monitoring, co-ordination and budget ownership.
• Thorough understanding of customer's business and market sector and the ability to anticipate how future services offers need to evolve to meet customer requirements.
• Strong communicator at all levels.
• Role model in performance standards and demonstrates and champions behaviour that is in line with ECS values.
