Salary: £21,300 (basic) per annum, Plus Commission and Excellent Benefits

Due to our continued success and growth plans we are now looking to recruit a Shop Manager/ Store Manager to join us in our Enfield shop based at Bush Hill Park, 9 Bush Hill Parade, Middlesex EN1 2HB
Shop Manager / Store Manager Role:
You'll find this is management at its most practical - you'll need to roll your sleeves up, get involved in food preparation and make sure the shop is clean, hygienic and welcoming. It's also about inspiring the team around you; ensuring they're happy, motivated, well-trained, working side by side with your team to make, bake and serve the most delicious sandwiches, savouries, and snacks around.
The Ideal candidate for our store manager will:
Thrive on leading and motivating a successful team, have demonstrated previous line management or supervisory experience. You'll be a numerate individual and know your way around a computer and have excellent communication and influencing skills. You'll possess sound commercial acumen, understand profit and loss, and it goes without saying that you'll possess a proven track record in beating sales and profit targets. Experience within food production will be an advantage.
