They are now currently looking to recruit sales professionals (Vehicle Broker / Purchaser) with exceptional sales ability and experience based at their head office in Nottingham.
The Role:
Imagine the role of a stockbroker......an order comes in to sell a million shares in BP for £1. With a computer, a telephone, access to live market data and a database of investors (institutional, high net worth private investors, investment banks etc), the challenge for the stockbroker is to find someone who will pay more than £1 for these shares or to persuade the seller to sell for less. The vehicle broker role is exactly the same, except with cars instead of shares!
The Opportunity:
You will be provided with a come of qualified daily leads which, if managed correctly and in full, will provide an earnings opportunity far in excess of the formal £45k OTE.
The Candidate:
They are looking for intelligent, commercially aware / astute, ambitious sales professionals to join their award winning brokerage team. In what is a fast-paced working environment, in an extremely competitive sector, you will need to possess all the characteristics and skill-set required to deliver and exceed the stretching, but more than achievable, KPI's and targets set.
