My client a leading professional services company based in Halifax are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing and expanding team. You will be working to an ITIL framework and be targeted on first time resolution.
This will be a challenging environment with great career progression.
You will be working on a shift rota between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Key Skills & Knowledge;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems (desktop) and Microsoft applications
- Experience in Active Directory (AD) and user account changes
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and general networking
- Hold an IT certification or equivalent (ie A+, ITIL, MCP, MCSE, etc.)
