Gibbs S3 are recruiting for a permanent eLearning Digital Designer to join our large client within the financial services industry based in London.

Responsibilities
*To develop, implement and support technology based learning solutions either as standalone solution or as part of a blended programme.
*Support the development of a Learning Technologies strategy for the organisation
*Play a key role in support with activities to include graphic design, web-based training design, development, production and project management.
*Experience and accomplishment in course design and authoring tools such as Captivate, Lectora and Articulate
*Knowledge and experience of effectively implementing solutions across a wide range of technical landscapes including IE6/8, Flash, Citrix, HTML/5 including coding.
*Complete the learning design life cycle in line with the learning technology solution development - including needs analysis through to delivery and evaluation

Experience
*Previous eLearning design/development experience
*Experienced in use of graphic design and authoring tools - such as Articulate, Lectora, Captivate and Photoshop.
*Previous practical experience in web applications/web design/HTML (5)/Flash/Citrix/SharePoint
*Strong experience in learning technologies and strategies.
