CRE - Operational Telecoms- RAIL

CRE - Operational Telecoms- RAIL is required for a new permanent position based in London for a competitive Salary Package + Extensive Benefits.

CRE- Operational Telecoms- RAIL will be responsible for the production of drawings/specifications and technical documents and will interface with other multidisciplinary engineers and be accountable for the sign off of all telecom deliverables. It is essential that the candidate has proven experience as Telecoms CRE with the skills to engage with the Network Rail Telecoms counterpart.

Our CRE- Operational Telecoms - RAIL will have:

.Detailed knowledge of NR Operational Telecom Systems (Operational Telephony, Copper, Fibre, FTN, GSM-R), Line Side Cable Routes and Station Information and Surveillance Systems (SISS).
.Working knowledge of all other railway systems (Signalling, OLE, P-Way, etc)
.Thorough knowledge of NR standards
.Knowledge of CDM and its relevance to rail telecoms design
.Knowledge of Microstation and AutoCAD (viewing only)
.MS Office Package (Word, Project, Excel)
